Memberships
Estancia Club offers memberships to residents and non-residents alike. There are no real estate requirements in order to apply for a membership. The club, however, is highly exclusive and only allows 277 golf memberships at a time. Because of the membership limitation, you can expect uncrowded fairways and plenty of available tee times at Estancia. Estancia uses a market-based pricing structure for its memberships, so prices fluctuate each month.
There are both golf and social memberships available at Estancia. While Estancia Residential Memberships do not include golf privileges, they do grant access to the Clubhouse, fitness center, dining options, tennis facility, swimming pool and social clubs.
Estancia Real EstateConcierge
