Estancia Memberships
Estancia Club is an exclusive Scottsdale golf club that allows up to 325 members. This includes both residents and non-residents. Members of Estancia enjoy the privilege of being part of an elite community that is sought after by many. There are two types of memberships available at Estancia – Golf Membership and Residential Membership. The Golf Membership uses a market-based pricing structure, while the Residential Membership is available with a set initial contribution and annual dues. Golf Membership
The Golf Membership at Estancia Golf Club is available to residents and non-residents. It grants access to the Clubhouse and all club amenities in addition to full golf privileges. This includes the golf course and driving range and covers the member, spouse and any children under 23 years of age.The prices of Golf Memberships at Estancia are market-based. This means that individual members are able to set the resale prices for their own memberships. The Club will then communicate the lowest available price to new prospective members. All memberships are resold through the Club with a transfer fee of either $30,000 or 20% of the purchase price. The greater of the two amounts will be the transfer fee.
The Golf Membership price as of January, 2017 is $100,000 with annual dues of $18,000.

Residential Membership
As its name implies, the residential membership is available only to property owners at Estancia. It is a non-equity membership with annual dues that are 1/3 of Golf Membership dues. Residential members are allowed unlimited access to the Clubhouse and all of its amenities. This includes dining, social clubs and activities, fitness, tennis and swimming. The Residential Membership does not grant golf privileges. A single membership covers the member, spouse and any children under 23 years of age.
The Residential Membership price as of January, 2017 is $10,000 with Annual Dues of $6,000.
