Estancia Real Estate

The Estancia community encompasses 640 acres of land at the base of Pinnacle Peak. It consists of both custom home sites and Tuscan-style villas in the La Scala community. La Scala includes hacienda-style townhomes as well as larger detached homes. These homes are located just adjacent to the Estancia Clubhouse and make great seasonal golf properties. Memberships
 
Both Golf and Residential memberships are available at Estancia. Golf Memberships are available for residents and non-residents and are priced using a market-based structure. These afford access to the golf course, driving range, clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pool.

Unlike golf memberships, Estancia Residential Memberships are reserved for homeowners within the community.
