What’s new this season at Pinnacle Peak in Troon? The astronomy program, for one. Troon North residents can now take advantage of Astronomy Evenings at the park. These special events are held after park hours and allow
stargazers of all ages to view the Sonoran sky at night. The program begins with a short lecture revealing some interesting facts about the solar system and galaxy. Afterward, you are free to observe the moon, planets, and stars through a Celestron telescope. Registration is required for participation in Astronomy Evenings. Feel free to bring binoculars and a small flashlight to this exciting event in Troon Scottsdale.
