New Mirabel Club Membership Option

The Mirabel Golf Club has just announced a new membership option. Mirabel has created a whole new class of membership designed to attract qualified professionals under the age of 40 who love golf and live and work in the area but due to business and family constraints make it difficult to play as much as they would like as they have many demands on their time.  They tend to play golf on the weekends at high-end public courses and entertain clients, friends and family at upscale restaurants. Given their commitment to work/life balance they have trouble “justifying” the cost of a Golf Membership at Mirabel and associated monthly dues although the cost itself is not an issue as they are financially secure.

To meet the needs of this market segment Mirabel will offer up to 10 Executive Golf Memberships (within the current 300 Golf Member cap) as follows:

Type: Non-Equity Golf to include spouse

Age qualification: Prior to 40th Birthday

Initiation fee: $30,000 (60% of Non-Equity Golf Membership at time of approval….currently $50,000 X 60%)

Monthly dues: $690 (60% of Golf Membership dues adjusted over time if changed…. currently $1150 X 60%)
