Pinnacle Peak Park Offers Special Events

Pinnacle Peak Park’s popular astronomy program isn’t just for the evenings! Come out on Saturday mornings through the month of March to attend the solar viewing exhibit and education program being held exclusively at Pinnacle Peak near Troon North. Experience safe solar viewing while learning key facts about the sun. This is a fun activity suitable for all ages, so bring your whole family.

The next Solar Viewing and Education Program will be taking place on Saturday, November 23 from 8-10 a.m. Future solar viewings will occur throughout the winter season, so choose a date that fits your schedule. See the dates and times below.

Saturday, January 25th at 8 a.m.
Saturday, February 8th at 8 a.m.
Saturday, March 8th at 8 a.m.
Saturday, March 22nd at 8 a.m.

Don’t miss out on the spectacular programs, lectures, tours, hikes and wildlife exhibits available all season at Pinnacle Peak Park. Pinnacle Peak offers such exciting events as Astronomy Evenings, Moonlight Tours, special exhibits from Southwest and Liberty Wildlife and more. As always, the park is open to hikers, bikers and joggers who want to make use of the scenic trail up to the top of the mountain. Pinnacle Peak offers some of the most spectacular views of the Valley below.
