When it comes to the Scottsdale real estate, prices are up, and Scottsdale foreclosures down. The figures are close to those of a healthy market. The Cromford Report shows that the current number of pending foreclosures in the Troon area dropped substantially from the highs represented in late 2010. For those looking to benefit from the low prices of Scottsdale foreclosures or even REO listings, there are still many to be found, but the number is steadily shrinking toward normal levels.
Meanwhile, the prices of homes are continuously climbing. Increasing home sales and plummeting foreclosure rates have both contributed to a significantly smaller supply of homes.
