- Low property tax rates with no school system
Tonto Verde is honestly quite a drive from the rest of Scottsdale. It is definitely considered a “remote” community. However, if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet golf community this may be for you. I would suggest taking a drive down Dynamite Road, past Troon North, to discover this hidden gem.
