The Troon North area will soon have an eco-resort and new housing development by Lyle Anderson. Papers have been filed with the City of Scottsdale to begin the 324 resort and residential unit project on 218 acres of land. It will be located between The Scottsdale Golf Club and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
Lyle Anderson is a very well known developer in the North Scottsdale area. He is best known for developing Desert Mountain and Desert Highlands. His goal once again is the create a new trend by bringing the first eco-resort to Scottsdale. The resort and community will focus on the preservation of the natural desert surroundings while promoting the overall health and wellness of its guests and residents.
